The people of Ladakh, India's northern-most territory, have been searching for sustainable alternatives to promote and maintain their unique heritage and livelihoods. Community participation has been key in their attempts to conserve their traditional cultural, food, and hospitality practices, in the face of mass tourism and 'development'. This documentary film, produced by Srishti Films, features intimate insights into their efforts, with our company co-founder, Vivek Sangwan, playing a pivotal role in the core filming and editing crew, capturing the essence of Ladakhi life and resilience.
