AI Motion and Graphic Designer

We are hiring an AI Motion and Graphic Designer who combines solid design fundamentals with AI tools. In this role, you will use AI systems to speed up the creative process and consistently produce high-quality, brand-accurate visuals.

Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging motion graphics, animations, and static creatives using a hybrid AI-traditional workflow
• Conceptualize and execute campaigns by blending generative AI outputs with traditional compositing
• Design social media posts, ad creatives, and marketing collaterals that maintain premium brand aesthetics
• Build and document standardized "master prompt" frameworks for consistent visual outputs
• Refine AI-generated visuals using After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator
• Optimize creative pipelines using AI to improve production speed and scalability
• Collaborate with marketing and performance teams for campaign execution
• R&D: Test emerging generative workflows (e.g., style transfer, AI rotoscoping) to push creative boundaries
• Evangelism: Act as an internal AI advocate, sharing workflow innovations and best practices

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in motion design, graphic design, or digital content creation
• Hands-on experience with: Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator
• Experience with generative AI workflows (text-to-image, image-to-video, and style mapping)
• Strong understanding of core design principles (typography, color, layout, visual hierarchy)
• Ability to control AI outputs through structured prompting and pipeline integration
• Knowledge of video editing, motion graphics, and social media formats

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in a digital marketing or creative agency
• Ability to handle high-volume creatives quickly by leveraging AI pipelines
• Strong portfolio showcasing premium branding and performance marketing
• Continuous curiosity for experimenting with new AI technologies and trends
