Business Development Executive

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Executive to support our growth team by identifying and connecting with potential clients, generating leads, and assisting with client onboarding. This role is perfect for someone looking to grow their career in digital marketing sales and client servicing.

About the Role

As a Business Development Executive, you will work closely with the Business Development Manager and marketing teams to find new leads, engage prospects, and support the sales cycle. You'll be responsible for conducting market research, initiating conversations, and helping convert leads into long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand and communicate the company’s digital marketing services clearly to potential clients.
• Reach out to prospects via email, social media (especially LinkedIn), and calls.
• Schedule meetings and follow-ups for the senior sales team.
• Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and media buyers to deliver high-quality, on-brand content.
• Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and documentation.
• Support the BDM in closing deals and maintaining client relationships.
• Conduct competitor and market research to identify opportunities.
• Keep CRM systems updated with accurate lead and pipeline information.
• Assist in gathering client feedback and coordinating internally for smooth onboarding.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in business development or client servicing.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Energetic, persuasive, and self-motivated with a drive to succeed.
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing services is a plus.
• Good organizational and follow-up skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Prior agency experience will be an added advantage.
