We are seeking an experienced and strategic Business Development Manager to drive growth by acquiring new clients and expanding business opportunities for our digital marketing services. You’ll play a crucial role in identifying potential clients, nurturing relationships, and closing deals that align with our company's long-term objectives.

About the Role

As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, creating tailored pitches, and forging long-term relationships with clients. You will also stay updated on industry trends, monitor market competition, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Familiarize yourself with all digital marketing services offered by the company.
  • Identify and approach prospective clients through direct outreach, referrals, networking, and inbound leads.
  • Conduct research and connect with potential clients via platforms like LinkedIn and other social media.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients.
  • Propose value-added services and upgrades to maximize client ROI.
  • Draft persuasive business proposals, presentations, and contracts.
  • Negotiate pricing and contract terms while maximizing company profitability.
  • Gather client feedback and collaborate with internal teams to implement improvements.
  • Stay up-to-date with market and industry trends to ensure our offerings stay competitive and relevant.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 2–4 years of proven experience in business development or B2B sales, preferably in the digital marketing space.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong ability to understand client pain points and present effective solutions.
  • Self-driven, resourceful, and confident in closing deals independently.
  • Proficient in using CRM tools, LinkedIn, and email marketing platforms.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to adapt to market changes.
