HR Generalist

We are looking for a strategic, detail-oriented, and approachable HR Generalist to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and HR operations. You will work closely with leadership and team members to ensure a seamless employee experience while maintaining compliance and driving organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding.
• Ensure all job descriptions are accurate, updated, and compliant with applicable laws.
• Develop and implement training and performance management programs.
• Handle employee concerns, conflicts, and grievances with professionalism and confidentiality.
• Ensure all HR practices are aligned with labour laws and company policies.
• Conduct background verification and employee eligibility checks.
• Address HR-related queries from employees, candidates, and managers.
• Stay updated with HR trends, best practices, and employment regulations.
• Assist in planning and executing employee engagement activities and events.
• Support compensation planning through market research and salary benchmarking.
• Collaborate with different departments to improve HR processes and employee experience.
• Ensure compliance with Labour Laws, PF, ESIC, PT, and POSH. 

Requirements:

• 2+ years of relevant experience, preferably in a digital marketing agency or startup environment.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
• Proficiency in HR tools and resource management platforms.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Analytical and data-driven mindset.
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
