Motion Graphics Designer

We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Motion Graphics Designer to bring visual stories to life through dynamic animations and engaging video content. You’ll collaborate with the social media and video production teams to design motion assets that enhance brand communication and storytelling across digital platforms.

We are seeking a highly skilled Motion Graphics Designer who can conceptualize, design, and animate captivating motion content for various media channels. From social media videos to animated brand elements, your work will play a key role in elevating the visual experience for multiple brands. This role is ideal for someone with a strong sense of design, motion, and timing, and the ability to translate ideas into visually compelling motion graphics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize, design, and animate engaging motion graphics for social media, advertisements, and marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with the social media, video production, and creative teams to deliver high-quality animated content.
• Edit and enhance video footage with appropriate effects, transitions, and sound design.
• Work with tools such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator to create dynamic visuals.
• Stay updated with current trends, styles, and techniques in animation and motion design.
• Ensure that all animations align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining deadlines and quality standards.
• Experiment with AI tools, plugins, and new design technologies to improve workflow and creative output.

Requirements:

• 1–4 years of experience in motion graphics design, preferably in an agency or creative environment.
• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Strong sense of design, timing, and animation principles.
• Ability to work with sound, music, and visual elements to create cohesive motion pieces.
• Good understanding of color theory, typography, and visual composition.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
• A collaborative mindset with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• A degree or diploma in Design, Animation, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• Familiarity with AI-based motion or design tools is a plus.
