Designation : Social Media Account Manager

We're looking for a creative and analytical Social Media Manager to grow our brand presence across platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Facebook. You'll manage content, engage with followers, run campaigns, and track performance to improve engagement and conversions.

About the Role

We are looking for a strategic, creative, and detail-oriented Social Media Account Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the key point of contact for clients, managing their brand presence across various social media platforms. You’ll work closely with the creative, content, and performance marketing teams to deliver engaging campaigns, insightful reporting, and strong results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the main liaison between clients and internal teams for all social media-related activities.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with client goals.
  • Oversee content calendars, creative approvals, and publishing schedules across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, etc.).
  • Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and media buyers to deliver high-quality, on-brand content.
  • Monitor social media trends, platform updates, and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.
  • Analyze performance metrics and generate monthly reports with insights and recommendations.
  • Manage client expectations and ensure timely delivery of assets and campaigns.
  • Support in new campaign planning, influencer collaborations, contests, and more.
  • Attend client meetings and presentations as required.

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of experience managing social media accounts, preferably in an agency setting.
  • Strong understanding of social platforms, content formats, and audience behavior.
  • Excellent communication and client management skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple brands and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Hands-on experience with tools like Meta Business Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Hootsuite/Later, Google Analytics, etc.
  • Basic knowledge of performance marketing and paid campaigns is a plus.
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
