Designation : Social Media Executive

We are looking for a proactive and digitally-savvy Social Media Executive to manage and execute social media strategies across various platforms. This role requires someone with a strong understanding of digital trends, content planning, and client coordination to help brands achieve their online goals.

About the Role

As a Social Media Executive, you will play a key role in driving digital conversations for our clients. You will be responsible for planning, scheduling, and executing content across platforms, engaging with the audience, and ensuring all social media activities align with the brand's objectives. You’ll also coordinate closely with internal teams and act as the bridge between the agency and the client.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective social media strategies tailored to each client.
  • Interact with clients regularly to understand their brand, vision, and ongoing requirements.
  • Create and manage content calendars and ensure timely publishing across platforms.
  • Collaborate with designers and content teams to develop engaging, on-brand content.
  • Seed content into relevant social networks and communities.
  • Research industry trends, competitors, and target audiences to guide strategy.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth campaign execution and asset delivery.
  • Use social media tools for performance analysis and campaign tracking.
  • Monitor performance and generate reports highlighting key metrics, insights, and recommendations.
  • Stay updated on emerging digital trends and tools to continuously improve output.

Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of experience in social media management, preferably in an agency setting.
  • Strong knowledge of social platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, etc.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and client-facing skills.
  • Ability to work on multiple brands and manage deadlines effectively.
  • Familiarity with scheduling, analytics, and social listening tools.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to ideate and execute innovative campaigns.
  • Strong research skills and attention to detail.
  • Candidates with prior agency experience will be given preference.
  • Knowledge of latest AI Tools
