As a part of the Vikalp Sangam series, this film explores the rights of pastoralists to a secure livelihood. Camel Charisma has grown out of a long struggle – a struggle to get recognition for the value of camels, a struggle for Livestock Keepers’ Rights on a global level, and a struggle for camel milk to be recognized as a valuable source of nutrition and a nutraceutical. Vivek Sangwan, our co-Founder, continues to be a part of the core filming and editing crew for various projects, including films for UNDP, Kalpavriksh, NABARD and BRLF.
